What we keep

Your name, business name, e-mail, mobile, GSTIN, address, payment records and the names of the computers you activate.

Your business data

Your bills, parties, stock and accounts are kept on your own computer or phone. They are sent to our server only when Cloud Backup is on (the add-on, or during the free trial where it is included): then an online copy of that data and your company details — never photos or your logo — is stored so you can view it under My account → Cloud and restore it on a new device. You can switch Cloud Backup off in the app at Settings → Data & backup.

Bills sent from the built-in WhatsApp go from your own linked WhatsApp account on your device. We do not receive those messages.

Why

To run your account, activate devices, keep your Cloud Backup copy, send bills, reminders and updates, and to help you when you contact support.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
